Are you interested in walking, jogging, fun runs, maybe even competing; All ages 16 years upwards, all categories.
As part of Athletics Ireland Fit 4 Life programme, Ardee & District Athletic Club are organising meet and train groups every Tuesday, beginning on the 5th Febuary 2008, at 7:30pm, in the car park of Ardee parochial centre.
Meet new friends, fitness, fun, weight loss, social outings etc.

 Welcome to the official website of Ardee & District Athletic Club.
Ardee & District Athletic Club is based in Ardee , Co. Louth , Ireland, Our club currently has 70 members both male and female ,all ages are represented from U-7 up to several Veteran athletes.
Our Athletes compete in the various athletic disciplines (Track & Field ,Cross Country, Indoors and Road Racing) at local ,national and international levels.
Currently the Cross Country Season is in full swing and carries on throughout the winter with compedition most weekends.Track & Field Compeditions take place during the summer.
New athletes of all abilities are welcome and those wishing to join should attend Training.

 Recently Ardee juvenile cross-country athletes along with coaches, committee members and parents made the trip to Wales for the Cardiff UK Challenge in Blackweir Park.
